Annual Strategy Meetings

Results Management Meetings
We recommend that you conduct regularly scheduled Results Management Meetings. Typically, clients have these meetings every month with their Leadership Team and an AXIS representative. These meetings can be facilitated by reports generated from the RMS Software and are designed to review the plan and make corrective actions as needed.
